THE SOUTH, ship March 2010, pre-order now Dominique Bollinger publishes his first photographic book, The South. 46 photographs in black and white from the South of Italy: Sicily, Puglia and Sardinia. A series of images that appear to float in time. Despite their graphic and geometrical nature, the images are soft, as they were coated in a fine layer of ash. Bollinger's lens, Medusa-like, has turned these structures in to light. This first edition is printed in duotone on finest art paper and limited to 1200 copies. A special edition of 100 hand numbered copies, presented with a signed fine art ink jet print ( cover's photograph ) is also available.
